BURIED TREASURE down the ALLOTMENT? – 17th August 2012

Posted: August 17, 2012 in Uncategorized

Did this giant dream-catcher in the Ore Adventure playground help us find our fortune today? Not quite, but old, new and foreign coins, a foil- wrapped shell, bulldog and hair clips, a paintbrush, half a marble and a ball containing metal were unearthed from The Bridge Community Gardens today. For more metal-detecting fun join us at Eight Foot Square Day on The Stade Open Space, Rock-a-nore Road, Hastings 1-6pm to hunt for treasure on the beach.

I’m very suprised you didnt detect the metal chest ,time capsule that the children burried at the Bridge in the bush area behind the childrens play space, almost 7 years ago now! Now that would have been amazing treasure to recover!
